U-STOR SELF STORAGE MCARDLE, 6001 McArdle, Corpus Christi, TX 78412, will hold a public sale of delinquent units in order to satisfy a landlord's lien.

There is a minimum bid of $25.00 for each unit. All units are sold intact and buyer is responsible for removing all items in unit. Telephone bids are accepted prior to the start of the sale and we must obtain a credit card preauthorization on the full amount of the bid prior to the sale start time. Bidders who do not properly clean out units will be charged a $50.00 deposit on future sales.

Bidders must register at the main office to obtain bid numbers.
