U-STOR SELF STORAGE STAPLES, 6534 S. Staples, Corpus Christi, Texas 78413, will hold a public sale of delinquent units in order to satisfy a landlord's lien.

Next Sale will be conducted on Wednesday, Dec. 30th, 2009 , Units sold to the highest bidder for CASH.

Units to be sold are:

#110 Jesse Joseph Lopez – couch, loveseat, 2 tv’s, entertainment center, exercise bench, dresser, fan, bike.

U-Stor's Public Lien Sales are auction style, voice bid sales

There is a minimum bid of $25.00 for each unit. All units are sold intact and buyer is responsible for all items in unit. Telephone bids are accepted prior to the start of the sale and we must obtain a credit card preauthorization on the full amount of the bid prior to the sale start time. Bidders who do not properly clean out units will be charged a $50.00 deposit on future sales. Bidders must register at the main office to obtain bid numbers.
